Terms of Service

By adding Toasty to a server or using this website, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) and comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

• Don't abuse, exploit, overload, or attempt to disrupt the bot, its APIs, or other users.
• Keep your server permissions secure — you're responsible for who you let configure the bot.
• Custom commands and other content you create must not be illegal, abusive, or infringing.

• Toasty offers optional paid tiers (currently $5, $10, $20, and $50 / month). All core features remain free.
• Paid tiers are recurring monthly subscriptions that auto-renew until cancelled. Perks activate once payment is confirmed.
• Cancel anytime — your perks remain active until the end of the paid period, then stop. You can cancel through your billing portal or payment provider.
• Because perks are delivered digitally and immediately, payments are generally non-refundable except where required by law.
• If a payment fails or is reversed (chargeback), the related perks are removed.
• Prices and perks may change; we'll give reasonable notice of material changes, and changes won't affect the period you've already paid for.

Subscriptions and server boosts unlock perks such as a monthly Pokémon claim, faster cooldowns, higher shiny odds, Discord roles, and an ad-free experience. Pokémon, shinies, levels, and other in-bot items are virtual goods with no real-world monetary value; they are non-transferable for cash, non-refundable, and may be changed, reset, or removed as the game evolves.

Your data is handled per our Privacy Policy. By using Toasty you also agree to that policy.

• The bot and site are provided “as is” and “as available,” with no guarantee of uptime.
• Features may change, be rate-limited, or be removed at any time.
• We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, security, non-payment, or legal reasons.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Toasty is provided without warranties and we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the bot or website. These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, USA.
