Privacy Policy

Toasty (“Toasty”, “we”, “us”) is a Discord bot and companion website operated by its developer. You can reach us at [email protected] or in our support server.

From the bot (in Discord):

• Your Discord user ID, username, and avatar.
• Server (guild) IDs, roles, and the settings you configure for the bot.
• Command usage and game data needed to run features — e.g. your Pokémon inventory, levels, battle records, cooldown timestamps, and donator/claim status.

From the website:

• If you log in with Discord, your Discord account profile (ID, username, avatar).
• If you subscribe, billing metadata from our payment processor — we never receive or store your card details.
• Aggregate, cookieless usage analytics (page views, performance) — no individual tracking.
• Advertising data only if you consent to advertising cookies (see Cookies below).

To provide and improve Toasty: authenticating you, running bot features and your Pokémon game, configuring servers, processing subscriptions and applying perks, keeping the service reliable, and — only with consent — showing ads. We do not sell your data.

Legal bases (where GDPR applies): performing our contract with you (accounts, subscriptions, features), our legitimate interest in operating and securing the service, and your consent (advertising cookies).

• Essential — a login/session cookie (if you sign in) and a cookie remembering your consent choice. Always on; no consent needed.
• Analytics — privacy-friendly and cookieless. No consent required, and you're never individually identified.
• Advertising — set only after you accept via the cookie banner, to show and measure ads. You can decline, and change your choice anytime by clearing the toasty_consent cookie or using the banner.

We share data only with the providers needed to run Toasty:

• Discord — for bot functionality and (optional) login.
• Our payment processor — to handle subscriptions (card data is handled by them, not us).
• Hosting & analytics — to serve the site and measure aggregate usage.
• Advertising partner — only if you consent to ads.

• Bot/game data is kept while you use Toasty; remove the bot or stop using it to end collection on that server.
• Login data is removed when you revoke Discord access or request deletion.
• You may request access to, or deletion of, your data at any time — contact us via email or the support server.
• You can revoke Discord authorization, and (where applicable) you have GDPR/CCPA rights including access, correction, deletion, and objection.
• Your Toasty profile (/u/<your-id>) is public by default, displaying your Discord username, avatar, and in-game Pokémon collection. You can make it private anytime from your dashboard, and supporters can set a custom profile URL.

Toasty is not directed to children under 13, and you must meet Discord's minimum age (13+, or older where your country requires) to use it. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 13; contact us if you believe a child has provided data and we'll remove it.

Toasty operates online and your data may be processed in other countries with appropriate safeguards. We may update this policy as the service evolves; material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above, and continued use means you accept the update.
